We are constantly accepting and assessing new membership applications. Whether you're a startup, a hub or accelerator, a financier, or another player in the startup ecosystem, you can join our community. We invite you to fill out the form below to express your interest in becoming a member. Join our mission to enhance the startup environment and improve your business viability. Inspire others to do the same and help us fortify the Startup ecosystem in Tanzania! The process to become a member of the TSA is straightforward:

• After you've submitted the form, we will get in touch with you to verify your information
• If your information is valid, you will receive membership status. If there are discrepancies, your application will be declined, but we will provide feedback for improvement

Data Protection and Privacy

The TSA respect and prioritise your privacy. We adhere to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 11 of 2022 of the United Republic of Tanzania, which sets the minimum requirements for the collection and processing of personal data. We commit to ensuring that all personal information:

• is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
• is collected for a specified, legitimate purpose.
• is sufficient for the purpose of processing.
• is accurate and updated as necessary
• is stored in a way that allows identification of the data subject for a necessary period
• is collected in accordance with the rights of the data subject
• is processed in a manner that ensures its security and
• is not transferred outside of Tanzania, contrary to the provisions of the Act.

Moreover, as a data subject, the Act grants you the right to be informed of data collection and processing, access the data collected, object to the processing of personal data if it leads to adverse impacts, rectify personal data to ensure its accuracy, and not be subject to automated decision making.

We assure you that your data will be collected, used, and retained only where necessary and for a legitimate purpose. Any disclosure of your data will follow the principles outlined in the Act.
